So far the only details we’ve gotten is that his mother, in some kind of coma, has been waking up, and that he’s been tracking the day and seeing the progress of the others. Also, we know Gates is going to go to the source and track down the origin of these visions and take them down.
Our goal is to give a game that simulates the idea of being in virtual reality to people who can enjoy it. This means that people can choose between a few different scenes. Its possible to play with the game in a couple of different formats, including a single-camera 360-degree version and a 3D model. The latter is a lot cooler, since our game will be much closer to a real-life experience.
The game’s creator, David Sirlin, has a very interesting interview with Eurogamer. While the video doesn’t give us an exact number of days or weeks it will take to complete this game, it gives us a good idea of how much time we’d need to complete the project and where we should start.
