Don’t you want to own a home? Do you really have the ability to make the most of your time at work? No matter what you do, don’t get too worked up about it. You can do a lot of things in your life that you wouldn’t do if you had no knowledge of them. But you don’t have to think about it, and when you do, you are better off with a few things.
Some of these quotes are from my favorite economist, the late Milton Friedman. I like all of his quotes. I’ve always liked, “You’ve got to work twice as hard as everyone else to have half as much fun.” and “If you don’t pay your taxes, you’re in a hole.
I always think of the first quote as being somewhat misleading. He’s talking about the fact that as an individual we can do pretty much anything we like, but at the end of the day, the government will get its way and everyone must just accept that its the best way to do things. And in the end, when the government doesnt get its way, we are left with a world in which no one has any money. Not that we need it though.
Yes, the government has power, but as the rest of us, we have to spend it. Just as we don’t need to have the power to own our own homes and drive our own cars, or hire people, or start businesses and drive them. But we have to spend it. Like everyone else, we have to live in a society where every single thing we do is for the government.
Just look at all the things we have to do for the government. We have to buy guns, we have to go to court to fight for our rights, we have to be tax payers, we have to pay for the roads, for the government, for the police, etc. We have to pay taxes. We have to pay taxes to the government. We have to pay taxes to the government. To the government. To the government.
The only things that we can do to help us are to help others with our lives. We have to pay our taxes. We have to pay our taxes to the government. We have to pay taxes to the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government. To the government.
The government is the government. It’s the government. It’s the government. It’s the government. The government is the government.
I think it goes without saying that we all have an obligation to our tax payer.
But that’s not always the case. Here’s a couple of quotes from the financial literacy book, Taxation: The Ultimate Guide for the Average American, by the folks at FreedomWorks.
“The federal government is not your friend.
