I am very lucky that my job is so forward-thinking, and that we have some good friends in our company.

You don’t need to be a super employee to be a super employee. You don’t need to know how to get things done or how to do them well. You just need to be able to work at a job that is more fun than the average, and that is a lot easier to do if you’re in your 30s. The people in our age group are so lazy, they rarely if ever get promoted.
