I’ve tried to take it easy on her, but this is a tough one. If you have never tried to take it easy on yourself, you’re going to have a lot of work ahead of you. I’d suggest that if you find yourself wanting to do more, go ahead and do it. The only way to really do it is to practice with someone that you like, which is why it’s hard to stick with a pattern.

Practice with your significant other can be difficult, but it can also offer a lot of self-awareness.

As an example, I would suggest that you do more things with your significant other. A lot of times we forget that we’re dating. But by focusing on one thing at a time we can figure out how to take care of it better. As a general guide, the better you get at taking care of things together, the more progress you can make when things go wrong.

I know it’s easy to say “I’ll go to the gym and work out”, but it can actually take a lot of time to actually get a workout in. When you’re the one doing the work, you’re also the one going on the bike, and you’re the one driving to the restaurant, etc. It can take a lot of time to break in. But by focusing on a few things at a time, you can actually make the time worth it.

Like I mentioned before, I’m still working out, but for some reason I don’t have a lot of time to do it. I know I was supposed to be doing that, but I’m not really doing it. The best way to avoid this is to practice. I know if I just do it for five minutes every day I could go a week without even trying. I’ve been giving it my best to work out consistently, but I just feel like I’m on autopilot.
