To hear someone tell it, renovating to rent is a pretty difficult process. To be honest, the process can be downright arduous. There are many things that we have to consider, from the size of the project to the design. To make matters worse, renovating to rent is one of the most expensive projects we undertake.
For a typical renovation, you’ll need to find a property, start digging, and then build a new foundation. Then you’ll need to find tenants, negotiate leases, and find a contractor to finish everything. We’ve been through it all, and it was no big deal. But when you’re renovating to rent, you can’t just start building all over again.
The problem is that renovating to rent is a huge project. Weve been in the industry for over two decades and weve been through countless renovations to rent projects. So when we say the renovation to rent project is the most expensive project we undertake, we mean it. The problem is that the renovation to rent project is highly inefficient.
If youre building a brand new home that you are not intending to rent, you want to plan your work out as if it is a rental. You want to get the job done as quickly and inexpensively as possible. You want to minimize the amount of money you spend on tools and materials. You want to have a plan in place so you can get started as fast as possible.
The problem with renovate to rent projects is that its the opposite of the way we normally practice. We rent projects because we like the idea of doing something different. We are doing something different (or at least, we think we are) so we can add to our home’s exterior. That’s why we are renovating our house to rent. We’re not doing it to add value to our house. We’re doing it to add value to our home.
“Were” is a common phrase that describes someone who is doing something (or someone who’s been doing something). It’s also a phrase that describes someone who thinks they are doing something. We have two words (and two meanings) that describe a person who thinks they are renovating to rent a home and we are renovating our home to rent. We are renovating our home to rent and we are renovating to rent. This is why we have a renovation to rent seminar.
Our renovation to rent seminar is to do renovations. It’s the second step in the process of adding value to our home. Our renovations to rent seminar includes adding additional bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and so forth. It’s also where we show people our home, explaining the various renovations we have done and how much it’s worth.
It’s not that we don’t have a great renovation. It’s just that we are renovating our home to rent. Our renovation to rent seminar is to renovate our home to rent and we are renovating to rent. Its a good way to let the people know that we are doing our thing.
