This is the second book I have read by the author of the New York Times Best Seller “The Four H’s of Wisdom”. I think this is a great book and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. The book talks about these three levels of self-awareness.

This is the time we realize that whatever we are aware of is true. Third, there’s Self-Confidence. This allows us to feel confident about whatever we are aware of.
The book is a great primer, but its also a very practical guide on how to achieve Self-Awareness. I highly recommend it, especially for those starting to practice your Self-Awareness. There are also other great guides on the internet that talk about these topics, so check those out.
