One good way to think about the difference between the three levels of self-awareness is to ask yourself what you’re doing to make yourself feel better about yourself.
The problem with this is that we can only think about how we feel which is a very, very limited approach. We can think about how we feel about the present, but we can never think about how we feel about the past. We can think about how we feel about ourselves, but we can only ever think about how we feel about ourselves from the present. This is why I call the third level of self-awareness the “what-if’s.
We can try to think about how we feel about ourselves from the present. Even if we don’t think about how we feel about ourselves, we can still try to think about how we feel about ourselves from the present. That’s the second level of self-awareness.
So what we had thought was that if you were to have a moment of introspection, you could always go back and reflect on your past. That’s the first level of self-awareness.
The real science here is for the pasts, present, and future. If you have a moment of introspection, you can go back to the present to see how you really feel about yourself from the present. It’s not like we make any assumptions or biases if we want to remember the past, present, and future. We can’t do that.

In the past, we can go back a few minutes to see if we are being honest, as well as the present, and the future. We can look at our pasts, present, and future selves. It’s important to realize that we can’t do that.When we are honest with ourselves, we are able to look at our pasts, present, and future selves. This means that we are able to go back and see how we really feel about ourselves.
What we can’t do is to look back and see the future selves we have never been. Because we were never really ourselves, we don’t know if we are really who we are. We can look at our present selves, which we feel are real, but we can’t go back and see the real future selves we have never been.
You can’t be who you are. It’s not that you can’t change, but rather that you can’t change into who you are. You can choose to be who you want to be, but you can’t change who you are.
The problem with this point is that we can’t change who we are. If you can’t be who you are, then you are who you are. But who you are isn’t who you are. If you can’t change who you are, then you are not who you are. If you can’t change who you are, then you don’t exist. We can’t change. We can only change what we are.
