I have an amazing job at a university where I have the opportunity to work with and learn from the finest minds in the business world.

There’s a lot of negotiation, a lot of conversation, and it’s not to the point where it will make you any more attractive than the first date.
The same goes for your job. It’s like dating. It’s hard work, it’s not easy, and it will never be easy. However, if you do it right, it will be so much fun.
