I feel like the whole “brokers are better” thing is the biggest bullshit out there. I’ve known some brokers for years and they are not better. I’ve never even met one that was “better”. What I mean is they are experts. And they know more than anyone.

For example, I’ve known several companies that are very well-known for having the best marketing strategies, customer service, and the best lawyers in the city. But at the end of the day, none of these are brokers. The best brokers are the ones who’ve learned how to do more than just sell. They’ve learned how to help clients solve problems, communicate more effectively with clients, and how to get the most bang out of each client.

Brokers, as you may have guessed, are the guys who help you get the most bang out of each client. But I’m not sure that’s enough to make the broker a good investment.

You might be right. But if youre not sure, then you may just be making a big mistake. The best agents are the ones who have to keep their head up about the entire team to work on the right parts of the problem, and then they can start over and keep them from getting into their old mess.

It’s also a good idea to give your clients a little time to think about the whole process of buying a house before you show up at their door. You have to do a lot of research and you may not be comfortable with some of the things you are being asked to see.

Some agents are very good at what they do, but not all of them. While getting your clients to trust you is crucial, it is not necessary that you must be a master of the whole process. We work hard to make sure our broker keeps his head up, but sometimes it is easier to let them do the work.

He is very flexible and helps us with other aspects of the transaction. He has done a good job of keeping his head up and dealing with all the other people that we deal with. As a result, we don’t end up with many problems.
